Hayrenaser visited the family of fallen hero KYARAM SLOYAN and delivered our donors’ gratitude and $500 in donations.
Kyaram’s family lives in the Artashavan village of the marz of Aragatsotn. Kyaram was that dedicated soldier who did not abandon his commander, Armenak Urfanyan, until the last moment and died with him. After Kyaram fell the enemy desecrated his body by beheading. Considering this tragic story, we decided not to ask too many questions to the family and not rekindle the memory of this horror. It’s unfortunate that the family lives in extremely poor conditions. In their home we noticed that the family had placed the picture of the commander, Armenak Urfanyan, next to Kyaram’s portrait.
