Hayrenaser visited the family of fallen hero NORAYR HAJIYAN and delivered our donors’ gratitude and $500 in donations.

The family of Norayr, a Stepanakert resident, told us that he was a freedom fighter in the first Artsakh war. Just like last time, during this fighting too Norayr was one of the first to volunteer. Before leaving to go to frontline, Norayr came home, handed to his wife and children a blessed portrait of Mary Mother of God. He told them that God will protect him, so let this portrait protect his family. Unfortunately, before Norayr’s death in battle the portrait was lost.
